" I had a very good time in Korcula (and elsewhere in Croatia). This was my first trip since 1989, and I'm sure I'll be going back next year (hopefully the building boom won't have covered the whole island in concrete by then!). The only disappointment was the food (and this wasn't just on Korcula). In a country with excellent produce of all kinds in the local markets, what was on offer in the restaurants was surprisingly dull and/or poor. That said, we had great picnics." - G.
